Releasing our Faith for Miracles.
Heb. 4:1,2
"Therefore, since a promise remains of entering His rest, let us fear lest any of you seem to have come short of it. 2 For indeed the gospel was preached to us as well as to them; but the word which they heard did not profit them, not being mixed with faith in those who heard it."
How do we mix Faith with the Word we hear?
How do we connect or join our faith with the Word?
Rom.10:8-10 "But what does it say? “The Word is near you, in your mouth and in your heart” (that is, the word of faith which we preach): 9 that if you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved. 10 For with the heart one believes unto righteousness, and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation."
The tongue is the mixer. Our confession of what we believe in our heart sets in motion the operation of Faith that places a demand on the supernatural power of God.
This Faith released, pleases God!
Heb. 11:6 "But without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him."
There are 2 things we “must” Believe about God:
Must: necessity lying in the nature of the case.
Trust that God is able to do something.
1. That He exist.
2. The He rewards those that seek Him.
Believe: Have faith, credit, commit to trust.
God’s Power has to meet your Faith for the supernatural to flow. When you mix your heart faith with God’s promise the power of the promise will be released in you!
Diligently seek:. To crave and seek out diligently with all your heart. To exert considerable effort.
✔️ God Rewards the DILIGENT Seeker!
Heb. 11:5 MSG. “It’s impossible to please God apart from faith. And why? Because anyone who wants to approach God must believe both that he exists and that he cares enough to respond to those who seek him.”
Rom. 12:3 "God has dealt to each one a measure of faith."
Everyone is given the same measure of Faith at the New Birth.
According to 2 Thess. 1:3 Our Faith can Grow!
“We are bound to thank God always for you, brothers, as it is fitting, because that your faith grows exceedingly,"
Heb. 11 AMPC. "NOW FAITH is the assurance (the confirmation, the title deed) of the things [we] hope for, being the proof of things [we] do not see and the conviction of their reality [faith perceiving as real fact what is not revealed to the senses]."
Scriptural Faith is always Now! If it’s not NOW it’s Not Faith.
Hope is always future, it’s a goal setter.
Mental agreement with Gods Word is not Faith. Faith is always of the heart according to Rom. 10;10
The confession of Faith of Gods Word planted in our heart is always how we receive from God!
